JJB TRAK FAQ
Here are some answers to common questions we receive regarding JJB Trak.
How do I log into JJB Trak?
1. Open an Internet browser. (ie.: Microsoft Internet Explorer)
2. Enter the following address bar: https://jjbtrak.www.jjboyle.com
3. Enter your User Name and Password that has been provided by the James J. Boyle & Co. client representative in the JJBTrak email.
If you do not have a User Login account, please contact your JJB client representative to setup an account for you.
How do I change my password?
1. Login to JJBTrak.
2. Go to Users > Password
3. Type both Current Password and New Password
4. Click on the “Change Password” button.
How do I search for logistics files?
1. From the Forwarding dropdown menu, select Shipments.
2. Enter the search criteria in the text box and Click on the Find button. You can enter multiple search criteria to narrow the search results.
How do I Search for Customs House Brokerage Files?
1. From the Customs dropdown menu, select one of the following (Declarations or ISF)
2. Enter the search criteria in the text box and Click on the Find button. You can enter multiple search criteria to narrow the search results.
How do I see the Details information for a shipment?
1. After using the Search function, the Job Reference number information will appear on the screen.
2. Click on the Job Reference Number to show the detail information.
What information do I see in the Details screen?
1. To view other detail information for the file, click on the following Links (Release Status, Entry Summary Status, or OGA)
2. To view any related documents ie. (Entry Summary (7501), Cargo Release (3461), or Delivery Order), click on the View link in the Documents section.
What do the Color-coded date fields represent?
1. The four colors indicate the progress of the shipment (pending, overdue, completed, or completed late).
