In 1964 we opened our first office in San Francisco with one goal in mind, to become a true Global Freight Forwarding company. After a successful first year of business we expanded our operation, opening a second office in Los Angeles. Our commitment to meeting our client’s needs fueled our growth even more throughout the 1970s as we opened new offices up and down the West Coast, firmly establishing us a top national Customs Broker.
By the early 1990s, continued expansion via partnerships and alliances with international freight forwarders and brokers, gave JJB the capability of cargo facilitation in every major U.S. port. Over the past five decades we have amassed an expansive bank of knowledge that covers every aspect of the import/export industry. We believe it is this expertise that allows our team to offer unrivaled customer service.
As we move forward into the 21st Century, our goal of becoming a true Global Freight Forwarding company has come to fruition. We are part of the Hitachi Transport Group and have a presence in Asia, Europe, and South America. With four offices in the United States as well as nine offices throughout China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan we have truly achieved Global Reach while still providing our customers with Individual Care.
