How do I log into JJBTrak

  1. Open an Internet browser. (ie.: Microsoft Internet Explorer)
  2. Enter the following address bar: https://jjbtrak.jjboyle.com
  3. Enter your User Name and Password that has been provided by the James J. Boyle & Co. client representative in the JJBTrak section.


If you do not have a User Login account , please contact your JJB client representative to setup an account for you.

How do I use the Search function?
  1. Enter the search criteria of your choice (default - Customer Reference)
  2. Enter the data element in the text box and Click on the Search button.

How do I see the Details information for a shipment?
  1. After using the Search function, the Entry summary information will appear on the screen.
  2. Click on the JJB Entry Number to show the detail information in the Detail Tab.


    The Entry Detail information will not appear in the Detail tab if you do not Click on the JJB Entry Number.

What do the Dates represent in the Detail screen?
  1. The dates provided reflect information related to each shipment. For example, the date when the entry was sent to Customs electronically, or Cargo Release was issued by Customs. If the date field is blank, then the information has either not been received from Customs or simply is not applicable at that point in time for the shipment

What does the ContainerTrak screen show?
  1. This screen shows the Container detail information for the JJB Entry. This includes all the containers, dates, and notes that is in the JJB system.
